Can I use SumUp, or another payment provider?

Yes, if that provider has a WooCommerce gateway plugin. Payment processing is WooCommerce's domain, not the theme's - our themes style whatever checkout WooCommerce renders, but they cannot add or remove payment methods.

Get the gateway plugin from the payment provider, install it, and configure it under WooCommerce settings. It works the same on Reign, BuddyX or any other theme.

I want the shop and store pages, but not the demo content

Skip the demo import. Templates come from the theme and add-on. The demo only adds sample products and pages so you can see what a finished site looks like.

Does the theme include Dokan or WCFM?

No. Those are separate products from their own vendors. The theme and its add-on style and integrate them - they do not replace them. See Setting up a multi-vendor marketplace.

Can I change fonts, colours and skins?

Yes. Both themes have their own customiser options for typography, colours and layout. Reign's are documented under Customize at https://reigntheme.com/docs/ and BuddyX's at https://buddyxtheme.com/docs/

I want an auction site

WooCommerce itself does not do auctions - you would need an auction plugin on top of WooCommerce. Our themes will style it, but we do not publish an auction plugin. Tell us in chat which auction plugin you are considering and we will tell you whether we have seen it work with our themes.

I want a specific WooCommerce behaviour

Things like swapping the product image on hover, or changing single-product layout beyond the theme options, are usually either a small WooCommerce plugin or custom work. Ask in chat and we will point you at the plugin if one exists, or quote the custom work if it does not.

BuddyX also has a free version on WordPress.org - install it and add WooCommerce to see the styling on your own content. Reign is paid only, so use the demos.

Which add-on do I need?

Match the add-on to the marketplace plugin you run: Dokan, WCFM or WC Vendors. If you are running plain WooCommerce with no vendors, you do not need a marketplace add-on at all.
